ROOMS ARE TO BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

Both forms must be printed out and completed.  The guideline form must be signed.  You may turn them in at the church office, mail them or fax them to 828-324-0893. 

You will be notified regarding the availability of the room requested.
